Moving Into Business and Investor Quadrants
As some people must have the knowledge of cashflow quadrants, I would like to talk about further on the same subject. My today's article discusses moving from E and S quadrants to B and I quadrants.
E Quadrant: You have a job and works as an employee for a company/organization
S Quadrant: You are self-employed and own your job or a small-scale business
B Quadrant: You are a business owner and have a team to work for you
I Quadrant: You invest money in different businesses and money works for you
First of all, we need to know that coming out of E and S quadrants and moving into B and I quadrants is really a gruesome, nerve-testing, and toiling life endeavor. We all want to have a luxury life but luxuries have a high price. Everyone of us is not capable of paying such a huge price. That is why; so little number of people is enjoying luxury life. No one would have been poor and unsuccessful, had it been such an easy job. So, the point of my discussion is: how to move from E and S quadrants to the luxury life of B and I quadrants? Let's have a look at it:
All of us, definitely, are not so rich and wealthy that we can easily start a business and invest money. Getting into a business and running it successfully is a hard nut to crack. Business persons and investors have to deal with challenging tasks and circumstances every now and then. Not all of us are capable of such nerve-shattering challenges. Business and investment are two types of mindset. These mindsets require very different kind of training, thinking patterns, power of decision-making, patience, and endurance level. These qualities can be possessed by a leader only. Therefore, one need to learn how to lead, first of all. But even before this, one need to learn to follow a good leader. When you follow a leader, you start nurturing the same qualities. Choose a leader for you, spend time in his/her company, and develop the leadership qualities in your own self.
This will be your mental and emotional training. Alongside, you will also explore the ways how can you enter into business and investment. One of the easiest ways of getting into the luxury quadrants is to join a direct selling and network marketing business. Search out which direct selling and network marketing companies are operating in your city/state/country.
Anyway, we come back to our subject: moving into Business and Investor quadrants. One thing I must recommend:
• Don't quit your job for getting into business if you have no other source of income. Your job is giving you a steady monthly income. Keep that income coming. Alongside, plan out about having higher academic qualification; saving money for business and investment; and most of all, start your training for how to get into a business. You can have guidance from the above paragraphs for how to train yourself for business.
• Involve your family and spouse into your business and investment plans if you feel they are supportive and encouraging. The backing will be a great source of encouragement emotionally and psychologically.
• Adopt the company of rich and business-doing people to learn their personality traits, and what and how they do which makes them stand out.
• Search for more knowledge on cashflow quadrants with the help of books and internet etc. Knowledge will give you the valuable insight into the subject. There are also websites which discuss the same fraternity. On the very basis of information, you will be able to take decisions and steps.
• Talk to your friends and close people for brainstorming and having new ideas.
• Explore the possibilities of suitable business ventures. Get to know about the tendencies what is according to your talent and taste.
• See what resources and capital you will need to start your business. Check out for the market scenario what is in and what is out.
Make a plan and stick to it strictly. Build a team of fellow people who also want to improve their financial matters. Together you can do wonders.
One extremely important thing is that when you start a business or plan for it, there come many obstacles. Business and investment are risky but you will have to take the risk. Without a daring attitude, you can't change your destiny. So, take a decision today, gather resources for realizing it, and enter into a new world of luxuries. When you will be able to pay the price, no one can stop you from buying a luxury life.

What Mum Didn't Tell You About 4 Great Steps To Make Better Decisions!
4 steps to better decisions
Choice is good, but we spend a lot, sometimes way to much energy due to decision agony, from just trying to make up our mind. By understanding yourself and what type of decision personality you are, you can make it easier for yourself when you are making decisions.
Have you ever wondered how you make decisions and why you make the choices you make? What if you had a better understanding of the ways to faster and better decision-making in everyday life as well as in the larger more life-critical situations.
Here are four key factors for better decision-making. Most importantly, to give yourself more time and presence when you are dealing with more complex decisions.
1 Use both logic and emotion
We have two different decision-making systems that kicks in once: the emotional and the rational. In the emotional you have your feelings. Then you're in the moment, making short-term decisions, acting in an instant, you are creative and you normally don't think it over so well. You let your emotions tell you what is right. This system speaks to you when you want to buy a car because the color is beautiful, or the design is cool.
In the rational system, you have your logic. Here you are logical and rational, thinking long-term and you plan and evaluate your decisions. This system will tell you that the more boring car model might be more useful after all.
So what can you do with this knowledge to try to reach a good decision?
* Keep in mind that the two systems exist and both can talk to you in the same situation, and that it can become a tug of war between reason and emotion.
* Realize that you need to listen to both systems to make the best choice and based on both logic and emotion.
* Allow the situation to decide which of the systems that will be the primary in this particular instance.
It can be easy to think that the rational system is more valuable, that is nicer to make rational decisions than emotional ones. But the best is if you learn to how to understand them and use them together. Why only use one, when you have two?
And in reality you really need both of them. The rational system, based mostly on logic, has its limitations. Our brain is not capable of taking in more than seven factors in a decision, even at three, four factors, it is getting difficult. But by connecting the emotional system and balance the emotions, we can take in more information.
When making decision you also need your feeling to drive you. Without feelings, you are not motivated to make up your mind to anything at all.
2 Learn about what motivates you and the patterns related to your decision-making.
This step requires a strong dose of self-awareness.
Ask yourself: What is it that controls my choices and what personal motivations are behind them?
Do you often make decisions that will help you look more popular around other people? Or do you often make decision to avoid conflict? To create a successful image around your personality? Or, because you want to have fun and avoid everything that is dreary and boring? Or, because you're afraid to fail if you select the option that is more challenging?
Ask yourself: Why and how do I normally reach the decision I make? And do they normally lead to good decisions?
Do you for example have a tendency to let fear of failure control you when you are making decisions, then it is good if you can keep this in mind and try to take it into account the next time when you are about to make a decision.
3 See traps
To handle all the choices we are faced on a daily basis our brain relies on shortcuts. It may be shortcuts created by you without on a more Subconscious level. What shortcuts guides your decisions?
Many times these shortcuts can be good, but sometimes they lead to very bad decisions and becomes a trap.
You can learn to recognize common situations where the shortcuts lead to bad decisions, learn to see the traps.
4 Be present
With your brain packed with thoughts about everything on-going in your life and in a messy environment, it will make it harder to make good decisions. Stress, fatigue and distraction all affects us in a negative way to make bad decisions. Being present and at peace, will allow you to make the best decisions. is a better position to make decisions in.

Make A Decision For Your Life And the Rest Will Fall Into Place
We may be afraid of making a decision because we are afraid of what we may have to give up, what we may have to actually do to back up that decision. We are in that conundrum because we are still operating from the win/lose model. That is the model that says you are either wrong or right you have to lose something in order to gain something else. Granted to step into our authentic life we will have to be ready to leave our old life behind, but not because our old life was wrong. We may have gained all we needed to gain and now it is time to move in another direction. A direction that will bring about an abundance of blessings, growth and a larger than life kind of life.
Making a decision that is pertinent to our life does not have to be such a huge production. There really is no win/lose in life. It is all win/win. Each direction that our path takes us is loaded with blessings, abundance and a magnificent life. Sometimes we may have walked another path instead of the one we really wanted and we then think that our life missed out on something because we did not live the life we wanted. That is another block that we place on our life and ourselves. That life we may have missed out on is not really a loss, but because we are looking so longing on a life we thought we should have had, we miss out on the life that we are actually living. So, of course, we are going to feel regret, we are going to blame ourselves and we are going to feel that we made a mistake. We are going to feel that our life could have been something bigger, better and more fabulous. That attitude will only serve to make us fall into depression and make us feel jaded with life. It is time to stop lamenting our decisions and to stop having regret over some life that we felt we should have been living.
"Play the game with the cards you have been dealt" or in other words, be thankful for the life you have been given and live your life with the life you have been given. We are given this life because we can handle it. Maybe the path that you did not get to travel was not the right path for you so life placed another path in front of you. Be thankful. The time we spend regretting a decision or the time we spend avoiding making a decision is time that we can use to motivate and uplift others. There are so many things we can do with the life that we are blessed to have been given. If we were to look back in our life our decisions have actually worked out, may be not in the way we thought it would, but overall those decisions worked out.
Make a decision for your life and the rest will fall into place. Sometimes our path is so dark that we can only see the next footstep we can take. We have got to walk in faith. We need to feel the fear and do it anyway. Take one-step at a time and soon the way will be made clear for you. Making a decision often, means that we need to leave our comfort zone and that in itself can be quite scary. We may not be happy where we are but we have gotten so comfortable in the uncomfortable-ness that we find it hard to make a step forward. No one can predict the future, however, if we fail to make the decisions that can take our life from zero to abundant living then our future will predict itself for us. Remember, no one outside of us can make the decisions that are important to our life. If we allow others to make those decisions for us we will end up where they are going and where they are going is not where our life is suppose to be. Not to mention, if we allow others to make a decision for us or to tell us what to do we may end up resenting them and ourselves when that decision does not work out or make us happy.
When we make a decision for ourselves, we take away that responsibility from others. We are the leader of our life and sometimes we have to make an executive decision regarding where we desire our life to be. The quicker we make a decision the quicker the rest of our life will be able to fall into place. We have to be willing to take a flying leap of a cliff and trust that we will grow wings to help us land safely. Yes, there are times when we need to step out on faith. This is where we need to quiet our Mind and start listening to our Heart and our Soul.
Our Heart and Soul will never steer us wrong. Deep inside of us we have all the answers to our life, but we may have been programmed to listen to everyone else except ourselves. The truth is, no one outside of us knows what it is right for us. However, for us to hear the messages of our inner self we need to shut out the outside noise and take it back to ourselves. When we take the time to listen to our inner self we will then never have to regret our decisions, because we will be able to make the decisions that honours us deep in our Soul and honour the light in our Heart.
